	Kurt Kramer, M.S., Technology Director Kurt is an IT industry veteran with over 20 years of programming experience in extensive projects including billing systems, trade transactions processing and brokerage management systems. He developed secure and reliable software for large companies primarily in the banking and real estate industries. Some of his clients include: Bank of America, ING/Barings and Security Pacific. He uses C/C++, C#, JAVA, Pascal, VHDL, VLSI and Assembler. Kurt received his Bachelor and Masters degrees in computer science from the University of South Florida. He currently lives in Tampa, Florida.
	Wes Cheng, M.S., Software Engineer Wes has been providing excellent IT solutions to different companies and organizations for more than 8 years. His career highlights include: developing a video conferencing software platform in Microsoft that improved its previous version’s efficiency by 30%; programming online shopping site commented by the client as “best programmer we found in town”; and developing data mining software presented in several of the world’s top research conferences. He specializes in secure online payment, shopping cart solutions, e-commerce development, and web application customization. Languages/platforms Wes uses include PHP, MySQL, PayPal, ASP.NET, C++.NET, C/C++. Wes received his Masters degree in computer science from the University of South Florida in 2009. He is also an active community member serving local charity groups. Wes is currently a committee member of RAP River Run 2010 in New Port Richey benefiting runaway children in Tampa Bay. Wes lives in Tampa, Fl.
	Matthew Shreve, M.S., Software Engineer Matthew is an expert in Content Management Systems (CMS). He has developed his own CMS system for different businesses including gold course, game stores, and restaurants. His successful developments include: the information management system for Youngstown State University, the CMS for Pine Lake Golf Club, and a video algorithms evaluation system for the Florida Department of Transportation. Matthew is experienced in ColdFusion, PHP and C/C++. He received his Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and his Masters in computer science from Youngstown State University in Ohio. He currently lives in Tampa, Florida.
